A Spring wedding at Lyrebird Falls

Melissa & John had been together for ten years before tying the knot (or locking the locks together as they chose to do in their ceremony!) in September at Lyrebird Falls reception venue in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges.

The couple chose to hold their ceremony at the intimate chapel onsite before wandering forest paths for photographs and returning to the newly renovated dining room for the reception.

Melissa & John added some unique touches to their day with the Bride and bridesmaids all wearing Tom’s Shoes, handmade (by the talented bride) origami bouquets, and choosing the very cool 1965 Shelby Mustang as their wedding car. They also had a photobooth available for the reception complete with faux wallpapered wall and empty photo frames for guests to pop up behind. So much fun and so many smiles in one day. I love my job.
