triple j’s Good Az Friday

For the last three years, triple j has broadcasted with a live audience on Good Friday to celebrate the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. For the third year of Good Az Friday, as with the first and second, I covered the event for the triple j website.

Good Az Friday is always solid fun and has grown from a 200 capacity event at Trades Hall in 2010 to 2,000 at Melbourne Town Hall in 2012 with a line-up of comedians which included Glenn Wool, Celia Pacquola, Paul Foot, Mike Woolmot, Stephen K Amos and Tom Green with Lisa Mitchell performing live.

Happy days.
